Couples enjoy free on-site overnight accommodations in our private upstairs apartment, along with outdoor covered porches and a 100-person event tent—ideal for cocktail hours and receptions. The property also includes a rear patio with lawn games, parking for up to 52 vehicles, and space to accommodate up to 100 guests outdoors or 42 guests indoors.
 

Host your rehearsal dinner at our estate with the flexibility to hire our private chefs or bring your own caterer. Our Class C licensed bar is available to provide alcohol service and professional bartending for private events. Optional add-ons include flatware, chargers, linens, glassware, and dish rentals to complete your event experience.

• Up to 100 guests outdoors (Included: 40x60 Atrium Frame Tent, Chiavari chairs, solid-wood farmhouse tables, and dance floor)

• Up to 42 guests indoors (main-floor reception) 

• Events conclude and outdoor quiet hours begin at 11 p.m.; amplified ceremony and reception permitted; no amplified live music permitted (no bands, only DJs). 

• External caterers are permitted.

• Alcohol is purchased and served from our Class C licensed bar

$800: 2-Hours of property access for rehearsal dinner 5-7 p.m. 
$1,200: 3-Hours of property access for rehearsal dinner 4-7 p.m. 
$2,600: 4-Hours of property access for rehearsal dinner 4-8 p.m.
