• Pending Class C license - Alcohol will be purchased at our bar. Prior to obtaining our license, our event venue allows external bartending and alcohol with a day-of insurance policy. 

• Barista available for $25/hr

• Private chef or your own catering available

• Outdoor picnic tables and ADA restrooms

• Amplified music indoors and outdoors (DJ) - live bands prohibited outdoors

• Available event hours: 3 - 11 p.m. (earlier hours available at additional cost to close the market retail operations)

• 2-Hour rental minimum
